Boxing to be Featured on CBS College Sports Network

For the third straight year, portions of the Air Force boxing team's run at the NCBA Championships will air as a part of the Collegiate Nationals programming on CBS College Sports Network beginning this week. In addition to the combined programming, they will air a special one-hour show in June dedicated only to the NCBA Championships.

Dean Chuva Wins NCBA Championship Title

Junior Dean Chuva claimed his first-ever national title, as the Air Force boxing team wrapped up competition at the National Collegiate Boxing Association (NCBA) National Championships in Reno, Nev., on Saturday, April 12. With Chuva's split 3-2 decision over Navy's MIkoto Yoshida, Air Force has won three of the last four national titles in the 112-pound weight class.

Air Force Trio Advances to NCBA Finals

Three members of the Air Force boxing team advanced out of the semifinal round of action with victorious decisions at the National Collegiate Boxing Association (NCBA) National Championships on Friday, April 11, in Reno, Nev. The Falcons combined for a 3-3 record during the second day of action and currently sit in fourth-place in the team standings.
