Air Force Trio Named MWC Scholar-Athletes

Three members of the Air Force volleyball team were named recipient of the Mountain West Conference Scholar-Athlete award, the league office announced on Monday, June 23. Senior Kim Kallabis claimed her fourth straight Scholar-Athlete award, while a pair of freshmen, Caroline Kurtz and Nichole Stilwell, each picked up their first.

Top-Ranked Brazil Downs USA in Exhibition Match at Clune

Two of the top volleyball teams in the world concluded a three-match series at Clune Arena as a part of the 2008 Olympic Exhibition series. The U.S. Women's National Volleyball Team, ranked fourth in the world, and the top-ranked National Team of Brazil played three matches during a four-day span, with Brazil taking a 2-1 mark.

Air Force Volleyball Announces 2008 Schedule

Three tournaments and eight Mountain West Conference matches highlight the home portion of the 2008 Air Force volleyball schedule, which was released today by the athletic department. The Falcons, who will play 29 contests during the regular season, will host 19 different teams at the Academy's Clune Arena. [+]

Air Force Academy to Host USA vs. Brazil in Volleyball

In preparation for the upcoming summer games in Beijing, the Air Force Academy will be hosting the 2008 Olympic Exhibition series between the U.S. Women's National Team and the National Team of Brazil on June 11-14. Two of the matches will be played at the U.S. Olympic Training Center, while the other will be played at Clune Arena. [+]

Air Force Concludes Italian Training Trip

The Air Force volleyball wrapped up its Italian spring break training trip, which took place throughout Italy on March 20-29. Due to several scheduling conflicts, the Falcons didn't play many of the teams on their original itinerary. Three of the Falcons four losses came at the hands of the defending junior national champions and a B1 professional team. [+]

Falcons Head to Italy for Spring Break

The Air Force volleyball team will spend its spring break (March 20-29) in Italy, competing in six matches throughout the country, including the Cornacchia Tournament. Action begins on Friday, March 21, when the Falcons take on Porcia in the Province of Pordenone. Fans will be able to follow the Falcons around Italy, by clicking on the "Italian Adventure" box.
